My Bible verse is Romans 15:5, "Now may the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Jesus Christ."

 

My name is Esther. I am an LCC K-9 Comfort Dog for Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Collinsville, Illinois. I interact with people at churches, schools, nursing homes, hospitals, events, and in disaster response situations.

An LCC K-9 Comfort Dog is a friend who brings a calming influence, allowing people to open up their hearts and receive help for what is affecting them.

Esther visits our facility once a month and her purpose is to comfort our CASA children who suffer from stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety.
