Each year, hundreds of children and youth in our service area of Clay, Clinton, Effingham, Fayette, Franklin, Hamilton, Jasper and Marion counties find themselves involved in juvenile court due to abuse and neglect at the hands of those who are entrusted with their care, love, and guidance. 

CASA of Franklin & Hamilton Counties, CASA of Effingham County and CASA of South Central Illinois are non-profit organizations that provides trained volunteers to advocate for children who have experienced abuse and neglect in the juvenile court system.

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) volunteers are making lifelong differences in children's lives every day across downstate Illinois.
